BecaUse life is too short
to keep dealing with BS & burnout
I created Eff the BS because I know what it’s like to live on overdrive—taking care of everyone but yourself—because we’ve been taught as women that the “good ones” are selfless, sacrificing, and always making life easier for others, even at our own expense.
It doesn’t matter if you’re single or partnered, raising kids or child-free, running a household or an organization—most of us were taught to over-give and over-function as if being a do-it-all superwoman is just a normal, reasonable way of life.
Then one day—after running myself ragged yet again—I woke up and said: Fuck that. Because the wisest, bravest part of me finally spoke up and said: You deserve better.
Eff the BS is for my fellow big-hearted baddies—the compassionate, capable women who keep the world spinning while secretly running on fumes.
So if you're read this far...you're probably the “strong, selfless” one. The backbone. The fixer. The peacekeeper. The one who’s had everyone’s back—except your own.
Maybe you were taught to earn your worth through sacrifice. To swallow your truth so others could stay comfortable. To plaster on a smile while you push through exhaustion, impossible expectations, and other people’s ego-driven BS.
And sure—you’ve gotten damn good at making the impossible look easy. But the truth? You’re done. Done with the burnout. Done with the BS. Done cleaning up messes you didn’t make.
Now comes the plot twist: time to ditch the cape, quit playing savior, stop apologizing for having needs—because you’re finally ready to make YOU the priority.
